Protecting your energy when on a spiritual journey

Whether you want to feel your best most vibrant self or you’re wanting to connect with Spirit, being high-vibe is important - we want to have more of the positive energy than the negative, and we definitely won’t want to feel drained.

The reality is that those we surround ourselves with (friends, family and work colleagues) and the things we surround ourselves with (Netflix, social media etc) has a large impact on our energy level. What can we do to limit our exposure to things that will suck our energy out of us?
