How to heal when you don’t know what to heal?

Self reflection and healing is definitely becoming a more popular topic of conversation but the reality is that we often think we’re in a much better place than we are. We have a tendency to repress emotions and traumas as a coping mechanism, we have societal and familial expectations that also means we brush things under the carpet. And mostly, healing is uncomfortable. We have to really break ourselves open emotionally in order for that healing to happen and that can hurt! 

We’re aware of the benefits of healing and why it’s good for us. So how can we start this process of healing when we don’t know what we have to heal?

This lecture is focused around your own healing however this can be taken and adapted by you to help those around you or those you’re working with too if you’re a practitioner or teacher.
