We often use the term Spirit Guides but who are they? What is their purpose in our lives? And how can we connect to them?! 

Chester Bennington of Linkin Park will be joining us in Spirit for this session to share information about the purpose of these guides who come to assist us on our journey as well as how we can strengthen our connection to them. 

This exercise may include practical support as well as a visualisation exercise.
