Identifying male/female energy can be very important when it comes to evidential mediumship. Not only does it help us identify the energy around us for the person that is the recipient of our reading but it can also help provide us with comfort when connection in with our guides.

I’ll be talking about the male and female energies we identify in the Spirit realm and will be laying out some exercises that will help you strengthen your ability to identify them. These exercise are intended to be repeatable and you can also take the methodology with you to practice on other things in your day to day life.
